About Us

The Professional Firefighters of Sierra Vista, Local 4492, is a charter of the International Association of Firefighters, and represents 100% of uniformed firefighters of Sierra Vista Fire and Medical Services as well as uniformed personnel of the Emergency Medical Services Division.

Sierra Vista Fire and Medical Services operates three fire stations and one EMS substation, running over 11,000 calls for service in 2025. They also provide two ALS ambulances for Emergency Medical Services on neighboring Fort Huachuca as well as automatic aid agreements with Fry Fire District.

PFFSV is active within the community with a long history of charitable endeavors, including donations for cancer research and prevention, mental health, youth leadership and development, and local youth sporting teams.
